We want you to love your hair and feel great about your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you’ve ordered the wrong product or simply don’t like the scent or texture. This is because we cannot resell opened or used personal care items for health and safety reasons.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of hair accessories if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement (with an identical model) or refund.
Please contact us at hello@finnehaircare.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
Incorrect Items Received
If we’ve sent you the wrong item by mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Returns Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Timeframes
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible.
