Where We Ship

We deliver within New Zealand and to Australia: 

Country	Shipping Rates
New Zealand	$5NZD or Free over $90NZD
Australia	Flat fee of $12AUD (Economy, 3-10 working days)

 

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes:

- 1–3 business days for urban addresses

- 2–5 business days for rural addresses

Please note that these timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

Order Tracking

All parcels are tracked. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
